An associate in the Litigation Department, Daniel Winter has experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, representing industry leaders in the finance and energy sectors in securities litigation, internal investigations and complex commercial disputes.

Danny has experience in trial strategy and preparation for matters that have gone to trial before judges and international arbitrators. Danny also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on prisoners’ rights and has argued in the Northern District of New York.
