Yishai Schwartz is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate Practice Group. Yishai represents parties in complex civil and criminal matters, and his work includes several merits cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as additional cases at the certiorari stage. He has argued cases before both federal and state courts of appeals.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Yishai was a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General of the United States. Previously, he was a law clerk for Judge Jose Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Kenneth Karas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is a graduate of Yale Law School.
