An associate in the Litigation Department, Yishai Schwartz focuses his practice on appellate litigation. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Yishai was a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General of the United States. Previously, he was a law clerk for Judge Jose Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Kenneth Karas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is a graduate of Yale Law School.
