Description of Program and Relief

Coalition for the Homeless

During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Coalition for the Homeless is continuing to operate its Grand Central Food Program, which distributes nutritional meals and other emergency items as available, to homeless New Yorkers at 25 street sites throughout downtown Manhattan, uptown Manhattan, and the Bronx on a nightly basis. The Coalition for the Homeless is also operating a Crisis Hotline for homeless individuals who need immediate help finding shelter or meeting other critical needs.
