Description of Program and Relief

Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking

Recognizing that COVID-19 related quarantines and social distancing efforts may force trafficking victims to remain in unsafe places with traffickers, the Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking is continuing to (i) operate its 24-hour hotline, and (ii) help survivors obtain access to emergency and transitional shelters. Survivors may also call the hotline for information about remote social services, including financial assistance and locating groceries and hot meals, remote legal services, including emergency access to immigration attorneys, and virtual social events aimed at keeping at-risk youth connected.
