Office of Nightlife Survey on COVID-19’s Impact

Note: the survey is now closed.

The New York City Office of Nightlife has gathered information on the impact that COVID-19 is having on workers, performers, contractors, and businesses involved in the nightlife industry.

The survey asked for details about cancelled shifts, events, and other lost business income, revenue, or work opportunities. The City sought this information so it can be shared with policymakers who are considering initiatives to address the economic impact of COVID-19 on the nightlife industry. All information provided will kept anonymous and aggregated, unless a survey participant chose to provide their contact information and consent.

Any nightlife performer, staff member, and business owner was able to participate in the survey while it was open.
