Description of Program and Relief

Telemedicine for Veterinarians Treating Pets and Animals

Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-19, licensed veterinarians in Arizona may use telemedicine in order to protect public health, expedite access to and treatment of animal health conditions, and to minimize the risk of the spread of COVID-19.

The Arizona State Veterinary Medical Board may establish reasonable requirements and parameters for telehealth veterinarian services.
