Behavioral Health Support Available to Riverside County Residents

Riverside University Health System — Behavioral Health has developed an app, TakeMyHand.co, to assist Riverside County residents experiencing stress and challenges due to COVID-19. The app is free, and allows Riverside County residents to text with peer support specialists and counselors through the app. The app is available for 24 hours a day, every day of the week. TakeMyHand.co is confidential, and does not require a login in order to use the app.
