Description of Program and Relief

Community Services Economic & Business Recovery Call Center

Orange County Community Services (OCCS) has implemented a call center to assist the needs of businesses impacted by COVID-19. The Economic & Business Recovery Call Center can be reached at (714) 480-6500 Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Call Center will offer information and resources to help Orange County businesses facing business challenges, including assistance with lay-off aversions, loans, utility reduction programs, and community resources mapping. The Call Center has bilingual operators and has translation available in over 240 languages.
