Description of Program and Relief

COVID-19 Information Hotline

The City of Hayward has launched a hotline and call center staffed by a multilingual group of city employee volunteers and workers to provide up-to-date information to community members about COVID-19, its local impact, and the city’s response. The hotline number is (510) 583-4949, and operates Monday through Saturday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Those calling after hours or on Sunday are encouraged to leave a message so that the call center may return the call.
