Palo Alto, California: Community Support Call Center

The City of Palo Alto has activated a Community Support Call Center to provide the community with information about available city services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Community Support Call Center telephone line operates Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., and it can be reached by calling (650) 272-3181.
