Street Parking Relief

Description of Program and Relief

The City of Long Beach is offering its residents free parking permits for one of the following local lots or garages:

Beach Lots:

  • Granada, 5100 E. Ocean Blvd.

  • Junipero, 2100 E. Ocean Blvd.

  • Belmont, 3998 E. Allin St.

Garages:

  • City Place Garage A, 50 W. 6 St.

  • City Place Garage B, 50 E. 5 St.

  • City Place Garage C, 50 E. 3 St.

  • Pike Garage, 65 Cedar Ave.

  • Aquarium Garage, 99 Aquarium Way

  • Terrace Theater Garage, 300 E. Ocean Blvd.

  • Metro A Line Willow Station Garage, 200 E. 27th St.

Library Lots:

  • Brewitt Library, 4036 E. Anaheim St.

  • Burnett Library, 560 E. Hill St.

  • Dana Library, 3680 Atlantic Ave.

  • Mark Twain Library, 1401 E. Anaheim St.

  • Michelle Obama Library, 5870 Atlantic Ave.

Schools:

  • Franklin Classical Middle School, 634 Cerritos Ave.

  • Mann Elementary School, 257 Coronado Ave.

  • Polytechnic High School, 1600 Atlantic Ave.

Dates Available

Residents may apply for free parking permits at the location of their choice on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

To apply for a free parking permit, residents must email longbeach@lazparking.com with a completed application form indicating their location of choice. Those wishing to receive a free parking permit for the Terrace Theater Lot location should submit a separate application form.

Application Deadlines (If Applicable)

Permits are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
