Description of Program and Relief

Summer Food Service Program For Children and Youth

The City of Long Beach will offer the United States Department of Agriculture Summer Food Service Program to provide free, nutritious meals to Long Beach children and youth throughout the summer months.

Beginning June 15 through August 21, 2020, Long Beach will provide free meals for children and youth Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (excluding Friday, July 3, 2020) at 34 locations. To view the complete list of locations where meals will be provided, click here. Children and youth must be present to obtain a meal.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

Meals will be available to all attending children and youth between one and 18 years old. Infant meals will not be provided.
