Utility Bill Relief

On March 23, 2020, Mayor Eric Garcetti announced a Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) moratorium on water and power shutoffs through the end of the local emergency period related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents should still pay their utility bills if they are able.
