Relief for Residential Tenants And Homeowners During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Governor Ned Lamont extended Connecticut’s protections against landlords issuing a notice to quit or beginning eviction proceedings before October 1, 2020 during the COVID-19 emergency, except for serious nuisance, such as physically harming another tenant or the landlord.
