Description of Program and Relief

Free In-Home Rapid HIV Self-Testing

Individuals who visit the KnowYourHIVStatus.com website are eligible to receive a free in-home rapid HIV self-testing kit. Eligibility criteria have been removed to assist more individuals in accessing HIV testing during the COVID-19 outbreak. Individuals requesting a kit will be asked to complete a short survey providing information for mailing the kit, along with basic demographic information. The kit will then be mailed to the requester along with linkage to care and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) information.
