Description of Program and Relief

COVID-19 Health Hotline

The East Central Health District, Department of Public Health and Augusta 311 have set up a hotline for questions about COVID-19. The hotline can be used to ask about the symptoms of COVID-19, to ask whether an individual should get tested, and to ask advice about how to limit the spread. Operators will transfer callers to medical professionals for advice.

The hotline can be reached by dialing 311. The hotline hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
