Description of Program and Relief

Medicaid

The Hawaii Department of Human Services helps provide health care for qualifying Hawaii residents through Medicaid. The program provides eligible adults and children access to needed health care services by enrolling and paying medical providers to deliver covered services to eligible recipients. Specific COVID-19 guidance has been issued for various components of Medicaid and can be found here, and you can apply here.
