Description of Program and Relief

All Residential Evictions Are Suspended

All residential evictions in Kentucky are suspended until the end of the state of emergency and all state, county and local law enforcement officers will no longer enforce orders of eviction. Kentuckians are not relieved of the obligation to pay rent or to make mortgage payments.
