Description of Program and Relief

Louisville, Kentucky: Louisville Gas & Electric, Kentucky Utilities Company and Old Dominion Power Suspend Disconnects for Non-Payment and Waive Late Fees

Louisville Gas & Electric, Kentucky Utilities Company and Old Dominion Power have suspended disconnects for their residential and business customers who may have difficulty paying their bill. They have also waived new late fees incurred during this time, as well as suspended third party payment fees for those who pay their bill online, by telephone or at authorized walk in retail centers.

This is a temporary measure and customers are still responsible for paying their bills. Customers are encouraged to pay what they can.
