Description of Program and Relief

Louisville, Kentucky: Louisville Water Company (LWC) and Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) Suspend Turn-Offs for Non-Payment

LWC and the MSD have suspended shut-offs for non-payment. This is a temporary measure and customers are still responsible for paying their bills.

In addition, MSD will waive new late fees for customers who are having difficulties paying their bills.

LWC and MSD customers are reminded of the Louisville Water Foundation’s Drops of Kindness program that helps customers who have trouble paying their water and sewer bill.
