Description of Program and Relief

Temporary Suspension of All Gas, Water, Wastewater and Electric Utilities Disconnections; Waiver of Late Fees

All gas, water, wastewater and electric utilities located in the State of Kentucky must suspend disconnections due to non-payment and waive the assessment of late payment fees. The order does not apply to utilities over which the Public Service Commission has authority. For a status of the utilities over which the Public Service Commission has authority, click here.

This is a temporary measure and customers are still responsible for paying their bills. Customers are encouraged to pay what they can.
