Description of Program and Relief
Special Health Insurance Enrollment Through Maryland Health Connection
As part of the state’s response to COVID-19, Maryland Health Connection opened a special enrollment for eligible, uninsured Marylanders. Plans selected by May 15 will go into effect on May 1, 2020. Plans selected by June 15 will go into effect on June 1, 2020.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
This program is designed to allow uninsured Marylanders to enroll in health insurance, not for those already insured to change their plans.
