Free Access to Headspace Meditation Program

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has partnered with Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and meditation, to launch the “Stay Home, Stay MIndful” initiative providing Michiganders free access to mediation resources ( accessible here) during the COVID-19 pandemic.
