Description of Program and Relief

Telehealth Services are Covered Under Medicaid/NJ Family Care, State Health Benefits, School Employees Health Benefits, NJ Charity Care, Private Insurance, and Children and Families, Children’s System of Care Programs

Participants in the Medicaid/NJ Family Care, State Health Benefits, School Employees Health Benefits, NJ Charity Care, private insurance and Children and Families, Children’s System of Care Programs can now take advantage of telehealth programs under their respective plans in order to seek medical attention while reducing the risk of exposing themselves or the community to COVID-19. The scope of available telehealth services has also been expanded to include partial care and partial hospitalization services.
