Description of Program and Relief

Rental Assistance Program

The City of Cleveland is offering rental assistance to applicants that self-certify that they require assistance because of a loss of income or employment due to COVID-19. Once an application is submitted, a housing counselor will be assigned to each applicant’s case to determine final eligibility, coordinate rental assistance payments with the applicant and their landlord and connect the applicant with other resources.
