Free Mental Health Resources

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is providing free resources, such as online webinars and group calls, to support individuals coping with mental health challenges associated with COVID-19. Resources include FAQs for treatment providers and resources for parents and caregivers, childcare providers, teens, adults, and mental health providers and practitioners.
