Description of Program and Relief

Temporary Moratorium on Residential Evictions

The Oregon Governor has issued an executive order placing a moratorium on all residential evictions for nonpayment of rent for a period of 90 days, until June 19, 2020, in light of the public health emergency caused by the spread of COVID-19. The moratorium does not relieve a renter of its obligations to pay rent or otherwise comply with the terms of its lease.
