Fee Waivers for Business Entity Filings Required for Relief from State or Federal Programs

Until August 1, 2020, the Tennessee Secretary of State has waived the fee for obtaining copies of business entity filings from the Secretary of State’s Office when such documents are needed to seek relief under a state or federal disaster assistance program.

In order to obtain the fee waiver, the business entity filing must be used to apply for relief from a federal or state disaster assistance program.
