Arlington County Housing Grants Program – COVID-19 FAQ

The Arlington County Housing Grants Program is a pre-existing program that provides rental assistance to low-income residents in Arlington County. In light of the impact of COVID-19, an FAQ is available to answer frequently asked questions from current participants and those interested in applying for a housing grant.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

The program is available to renters in Arlington County who are:

  • 65 years or older,

  • Totally and permanently disabled,

  • Working families with at least one child under age 18, or are

  • Clients and patients of a County-operated or County-supported mental health program.
