First established in Manhattan in 1875, the New York office has a played a linchpin role in landmark litigation, transaction and public interest and pro bono matters for decades. The office is home to nearly 800 attorneys, who work in tandem with colleagues in Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Wilmington, and in Europe, Asia and Canada.
