Josh will speak on the panel “What is the Role of Economists in a Neo-Brandeisian/Progressive Deal Environment?” as part of the program’s Antitrust Economics Workshop on September 14; Andrew will be a panelist on “Are Market Economies and the Consumer Welfare Standard Being Overwhelmed by National Interests, Politics or Progressive Forces and Policies?” on September 15.
