Lorin Reisner to Speak at Association of American Law Schools’ Annual Meeting

Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will participate in a panel discussion at the 2015 Annual Meeting of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). Together with leading academics from the AALS section on securities regulation, including professor John C. Coffee, Jr. from Columbia Law School, professor Lisa Fairfax from The George Washington University School of Law and professor Robert Thompson from Georgetown University Law Center, Lorin's panel, titled "The Future of Rule 10b-5," will discuss the current and future role of Rule 10b-5 in public and private offerings, public enforcement efforts, the SEC's current enforcement priorities and changing rules related to public disclosure. The event will take place on January 3 in Washington, D.C.
