Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the December 29 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses IMS Health Inc. v. Sorrell, in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit struck down as unconstitutional a Vermont statute that banned the sale, transmission, or use of prescriber-identifiable data for marketing purposes by data mining companies and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Litigation associate Sharon Sorkin assisted in the preparation of the column.
