Litigation partners Martin Flumenbaum and Brad Karp’s latest Second Circuit Review column, “Fifth Amendment Prohibits Testimony Compelled by Foreign Sovereign,” was published in the August 30 issue of the New York Law Journal. Litigation associate Alexandra Gordon and summer associate Spencer Young assisted in the preparation of this article.
