Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's "Second Circuit Review" column appears in the September 27 New York Law Journal. The article, "The Second Circuit in the Supreme Court," reviews the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit's performance in the Supreme Court during its past term and notes some of the major Second Circuit decisions that are scheduled for review during the 2006 term.
