Corporate partner Andrew Foley participated on a panel titled "International Issues in Mining" at the 16th Annual Conference of the Osgoode Hall Law School JD/MBA Students' Association. The panel discussed issues Canadian companies must consider before investing in mining operations abroad and the subsequent legal, political, and business challenges. The event took place on February 8 in Toronto.
