Mitel Networks Completes Sale of Mobile Division to Xura

Paul, Weiss represented Mitel Networks Corporation in the sale of its mobile division to the parent company of Xura, Inc. Under the terms of the transaction, Mitel received $350 million in cash, a $35 million promissory note and an equity interest in Sierra Private Investments, which will become the parent company of the mobile division and Xura.
