SEC Staff Issues Cybersecurity Disclosure Guidance

The increase in cyber incidents involving SEC reporting companies has prompted the SEC Staff to issue guidance to assist such companies in assessing what, if any, disclosures should be provided about cybersecurity matters, including attacks on, damage to or other unauthorized access to computer networks and systems.
