Guidance Regarding Phased Reopening of Businesses

Governor Jim Justice has implemented a phased plan, and has issued guidance, for reopening businesses. Reopening under the plan is a choice, not a requirement. If West Virginia’s number of positive COVID-19 cases surges, the schedule for reopening may be slowed, stopped, or reversed.
