Oak Hill Advisors Closes CLO Fund
Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Advisors in a recently closed $609 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO) fund. The fund, OHA Loan Funding 2016-1, Ltd, issued multiple classes of senior secured, floating and fixed rate notes, and subordinated notes. The fund is managed by Oak Hill Advisors.
