Corporate partner Marco Masotti will participate on a panel at Practising Law Institute's Fourteenth Annual Private Equity Forum. Marco's panel will provide an overview of private equity funds, including insight into the Securities Act of 1933, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and ERISA. The event will be held July 8 - 9 in New York. Marco will speak on July 8.
