Corporate partner Ross Fieldston participated in a panel at Tulane University Law School’s 29th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Ross’ panel, “Current Issues in Private Equity,” addressed issues facing private equity deal-making from both the buy and the sell sides, including competing with strategic bidders; financing issues; dealing with financial advisors and conflicts; and the reach of NDAs and their effect on private equity practices and deal terms. The event took place on March 30 in New Orleans.
