Three Cities Research to Sell Portfolio Company
On July 1, Paul, Weiss client Three Cities Research, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company US Liquids of Louisiana to a newly formed affiliate of Paine & Partners. The transaction is expected to close in mid-July.
