Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in its minority growth investment in HighLevel Inc., a leading provider of sales and marketing automation software for marketing agencies, entrepreneurs and small businesses. The investment will allow HighLevel to further invest in key growth and innovation initiatives across product and AI to continue to provide a differentiated experience and platform to its clients. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
