Litigation partner Andrew Finch will participate in a webinar, “New Wine in Old Wineskins – Or Sour Grapes: Broader Theories of Harm in Proposed Merger Guidelines and Recent Agency Merger Challenges,” hosted by the New York State Bar Association. The panel will discuss the DOJ and FTC’s proposed merger guidelines, and recent merger challenges to the government’s more expansive theories of harm, such as to potential competition and labor markets.
The free program will take place in New York City on September 27 at 6 p.m. ET, and will offer CLE credit.
