Litigation partner Lew Clayton's intellectual property litigation column, published in the March 14 issue of the New York Law Journal, discusses a purported class action alleging that reproduction of briefs and memoranda in Westlaw and Lexis databases violates copyrights owned by the attorneys who authored those court papers.
