Litigation partners Chris Boehning and Dan Toal's article "Guidance on Document Preservation, Spoliation" was published in the Technology Today section of the June 8 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses two concurrently issued opinions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which provide important guidance with respect to the document preservation duties of any party preparing to bring, or to defend, a lawsuit in federal court.
