Litigation partners H. Christopher Boehning and Daniel J. Toal
authored an article that discusses the risks of e-mailing board
books to the private or professional email accounts of outside
directors. The article further discusses possible solutions that
corporations can adopt to protect the security of its sensitive
financial information when communicating with directors. The
article, "More Than a Security Risk: Director E-mails in
Discovery," appeared in the "Technology Today" section of the April
