Beha II authored an article discussing factors that U.S. counsel to foreign companies based overseas should consider when deciding where to review company documents in a criminal investigation. Prudent lawyers will consider restrictions on access by U.S. prosecutors to non-U.S. company documents located outside the U.S. when deciding where to review their client's documents.
