Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the March 27 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, "Second Circuit Vacates Attorney Sanction That Impacts Clients," examines Mitchell v. Lyons Professional Services, in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit vacated and remanded a denial of plaintiffs' motion to execute a monetary judgment, which had been entered as a sanction for attorney misconduct. Litigation associate Kristen-Elise F. Brooks assisted in the preparation of this column.
